Reporting a problem
If something isn't working, it helps enormously if you include your device model and your iOS or Android version. That usually tells us in one go what would otherwise take several emails to work out.
Restoring a purchase
The £4.99 unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple or Google account. If you change phone or reinstall the app, you can restore it from within the app — you will not be charged twice. If a restore doesn't work, email us and we'll help.
Suggestions
If there's a phrase we've missed, a situation nobody warned you about, or a piece of life admin that caught you out, we'd like to hear it. A lot of what's in the app came from exactly that.
